A winding river through forested mountains beneath soft clouds

My Method

A space to pause.A process to explore.A path forward.

Life transitions can leave us reacting to what’s happening rather than consciously choosing what comes next.

My approach creates space to step back, understand what’s really going on, reconnect with yourself, and explore what might be possible.

There is no fixed formula. I combine structured coaching with curiosity, deep listening and practical tools, adapting our work to where you are and what you need.

Together, we move through three stages:
01

Deepen Self Awareness

Before deciding where you’re going, it helps to understand where you are.

We explore your patterns of thinking and behaving, the beliefs and assumptions that may be shaping your reactions, and what might be keeping you in familiar territory.

Think of it as a Marie Kondo moment for your inner world: what still serves you, what doesn’t, and what might be ready to go?

The goal isn’t to dwell on the past. It’s to understand what’s happening now, creating more choice in how you respond.

02

Design Your Next Chapter

Once you have a clearer picture of where you are, we explore where you might want to go.

What would you choose if you weren’t limited by old expectations, other people’s definitions of success, or the fear of getting it wrong?

We’ll explore your strengths, values, interests and possibilities, and begin shaping a vision that feels genuinely yours: your North Star for the next chapter.

You don’t need to know exactly where you’re going. Sometimes you simply need permission to imagine what’s possible.

03

Take Action

Insight is valuable. Change happens when we do something with it.

Together, we’ll turn your ideas into practical steps, identify what needs to happen first, and create realistic milestones and accountability along the way.

The aim isn’t to create another long list of things you should be doing.

It’s to help you move forward in a way that feels achievable, intentional and right for you.

My Coaching Toolbox

Depending on what you’re working through, I may draw on different coaching tools and approaches.

  1. 01

    NLP-Based Techniques

Exploring how thoughts, language and beliefs influence the way we experience situations and how changing our perspective can open up new possibilities.

  2. 02

    Strengths & Values Exploration

Identifying what matters most to you, reconnecting with your strengths, and recognising the qualities and resources you already have.

  3. 03

    Reframing & Shifting Perspective

Looking at familiar situations, assumptions or challenges from a different perspective, creating space for new interpretations and choices.

  4. 04

    Visioning & Guided Exploration

Giving yourself permission to imagine what you really want, explore possibilities beyond your current comfort zone, and create a clearer picture of your desired next chapter.

  5. 05

    Setting Goals & Accountability

Turning insight into action through practical steps, realistic milestones and regular accountability, so that ideas don’t remain just ideas.

There isn’t a fixed formula. I choose the tools, questions and exercises according to you, rather than the other way around.

What I’m Curious About

I’m endlessly curious about what makes us think, feel and behave the way we do.

My coaching training gave me a strong foundation, but my learning didn’t stop there. I continue to explore ideas from neuroscience, psychology, human behaviour and personal development. I’m fascinated by how these ideas can help us understand ourselves differently.

Some of the areas I’m currently exploring include:

Neuroplasticity
How our brains adapt and change through learning, experience and repeated practice.
Cognitive Behavioral Thinking
How our thoughts, feelings and behaviours interact and how becoming more aware of these patterns can create new choices.
Family Systems/Constellations
How our relationships, family dynamics and the systems we belong to can influence the way we see ourselves and navigate change.
Adult ADHD & Neurodiversity
An area I’m increasingly interested in understanding as awareness and research around adult neurodiversity continue to evolve.

Coaching Training

I became a certified Life Coach through MMS Worldwide Institute and Mindvalley, and continue to deepen my training in complementary approaches and modalities.

Throughout the Process

I bring structured coaching tools, deep listening, thoughtful questions, curiosity, plus a healthy dose of humor.

My role isn’t to tell you what your next chapter should look like.

It’s to help you uncover what feels right for you, see possibilities you may not have considered, and support you as you make it happen.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin.
Sometimes you simply need enough clarity to take the next step.

I love learning, and I love sharing the things that make me stop and think.

From books and fascinating ideas to observations about life, relationships, transitions and starting over, Inga’s Reflections will be a place to explore some of the questions I’m curious about.

Because sometimes a new perspective is all it takes to see an old situation differently.
