Why Expatriate Women?

I’ve been an expatriate for much of my adult life.

I’ve packed up my life, said goodbye to people and places I loved, arrived somewhere completely new, adapted to different cultures, built new communities, then started again.

I’ve also experienced the less visible side of an international life: the questions of identity, belonging and “Where is home now?” that can surface when your life is constantly evolving.

Where is home now?

And I’ve seen how easy it is, particularly for women who have spent years supporting careers, partners, families and everyone around them, to lose sight of themselves somewhere along the way.

That’s why I work with expatriate women.

Whether you’re facing a major transition or simply feeling that it’s time for something to change, I offer a space to pause, reconnect with yourself and explore what comes next, with curiosity, honesty and perhaps a little laughter along the way.

I believe that starting over isn’t about becoming someone completely new.

It’s about uncovering more of who you already are and deciding what you want to carry forward.Book a complimentary Discovery Call
